Introducing HopWire

HopWire provides breweries with a dedicated platform to showcase events such as trivia nights, live music, food trucks, karaoke, beer releases, festivals, charity events, and seasonal promotions.

Instead of relying solely on social media posts that can be easily missed, HopWire keeps everything organized in one place where customers can consistently discover what’s happening at local breweries.

Our mission is to connect breweries with more customers while making it easier for people to discover great local experiences.

Every brewery receives the full HopWire experience — no feature restrictions based on pricing tier.

Simple Pricing

Pricing is based on the number of locations operating under the same brewery brand. Separately branded breweries are treated as separate businesses and require their own subscriptions — even if they share the same owner.

2–5 Locations$199/month

6–10 Locations$299/month

11+ Locations$499/month

Every subscription includes:

Unlimited event creation and management
Full access to all current and future core features
No feature restrictions between pricing tiers
Ongoing platform updates and support

Founding Brewery Partner Program

To celebrate launch, HopWire is inviting a limited number of breweries to become Founding Brewery Partners.

Free access through February 28, 2027
First paid billing begins March 1, 2027
Locked-in pricing for life (as long as subscription remains active)
Full access to all current and future core features

Locked-In Pricing Protection

Founding Brewery Partners keep their original pricing even if HopWire increases pricing in the future.

Example: If the 1-location plan increases from $99 to $149/month, Founding Partners continue paying $99/month as long as their subscription remains active.

Growing With Your Brewery

As your brewery expands, HopWire scales with you.

If additional locations are added, your subscription moves into the appropriate pricing tier while preserving Founding Partner pricing benefits.

Example: 1 location ($99) → 3 locations ($199) → 7 locations ($299)

Own a Franchise Brewery?

HopWire subscriptions are sold per franchise owner, not by the entire franchise brand.

A franchise owner with one location pays $99/month.
If that same franchise owner operates multiple franchise locations, they qualify for the applicable multi-location pricing.
Locations owned by different franchise owners each require their own subscription, even if they share the same franchise name.

Example: If three different franchise owners each operate one location, each would have their own $99/month subscription. If one owner operates three locations, they would be on the 2-5 Locations ($199/month) plan.

Own More Than One Brewery?

Multi-location pricing applies only to multiple locations of the same brewery brand. Separately branded breweries — even under common ownership — are distinct businesses with their own identity, following, and Facebook Page, and each requires its own HopWire account and subscription.

Example: An owner operates both Brewery A and Brewery B — two different brewery brands. Each brewery maintains its own account and its own $99/month subscription. However, if Brewery A later opens a second Brewery A location, that account would move to the 2–5 Locations ($199/month) plan.

Maintaining Founding Status

Founding Brewery Partner benefits remain active only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

If a subscription is canceled or lapses, Founding pricing is forfeited and future reactivation will use current pricing.

Launch Enrollment

HopWire is launching August 2026. Final dates will be shared directly with participating breweries.

Founding Brewery Partners are recognized for supporting HopWire from the beginning and will retain pricing and full access for as long as they remain active subscribers.
