Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your HopWire account and all associated personal data at any time. This includes your profile, content, and — if you are a brewery — any connected Facebook Page, its stored access token, and events imported from it.

How to request deletion

Please send the request from the email address associated with your HopWire account so we can verify your identity. In your message, let us know:

• The email or account name you used to register
• If applicable, the name of the Facebook Page you connected

What happens next

Once we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes. This includes removing any stored Facebook Page access token and any events imported from your Facebook Page.

Disconnecting Facebook only

If you only want to stop importing Facebook events without deleting your HopWire account, email us at info@hopwire.app and we will disconnect your Page and remove its stored access token.
